Regulations of Jungle Tour
Minimum height for bodyboard: 1.00 m / 3.3 ft
Minimum height for flowboard: 1.20 m / 3.9 ft
Maximum weight allowed: 115 kg / 253 lb
Not allowed for guests with ear problems, asthma, or epilepsy
Not allowed for guests with recent surgery
Not allowed during pregnancy
Not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Accessories are not allowed on the platform
Swimwear with zippers or hard parts is not allowed
Cancellation policies of Jungle Tour
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
