Regulations of Whale Shark Experience
Minimum age: 8 years old. Guests must be relatively fit and able to swim unassisted. We do not recommend this excursion if you have serious health conditions or injuries, are pregnant, or have back or neck problems.
Water activities are not recommended for people with respiratory problems, heart conditions, or conditions that may cause loss of consciousness.
The use of sunscreen is prohibited by federal regulations.
Cancellation policies of Whale Shark Experience
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
