Our beach club is surrounded by spectacular areas of white sand and turquoise waters, unparalleled in beauty. Kuzá is located just a few meters from the most famous reefs, such as Palancar, El Cielo, El Cielito, and Colombia, where you can admire numerous marine species as you immerse yourself in its peaceful, crystal-clear waters.
At Kuzá, you'll find cultural, fun, and adventurous activities for all ages. Plus, you can enjoy a well-deserved rest in our beach area, equipped with lounge chairs, showers, and bathrooms for your comfort.
The KUZÁ Deluxe Passs gives you access to designated food areas, where you can taste delicious international dishes, as well as the most refreshing cocktails and drinks at our bars, making your visit a complete experience of enjoyment and relaxation.
To complement your adventure, you can also shop for souvenirs in our retail areas, balance body and spirit with a variety of massages and wellness treatments at our spa, and enjoy a wide selection of water sports and unique cultural, adventure, and fun experiences. Additionally, we offer a VIP area available for an extra fee, so you can enjoy your day with the utmost luxury and exclusivity.
General information of KUZÁ Deluxe Day Pass
9:00am to 5:00pm
-Infants ages 1 to 4 are free on all Kuzá products. One infant is allowed free access for each paying adult. The cost for the second infant and up is USD $30 or MEX $499.
-Children ages 5 to 11 pay a lower price for any Kuzá program. Children ages 12 and up pay the adult price.
-The cost for ground transportation from the Riviera Maya to the Playa del Carmen public pier is USD $10 or MEX $200 p.p., and for the ferry, USD $30 or MEX $600 p.p., which must be covered by the guest at check-in. (For guests arriving from the Riviera Maya)
What is Included KUZÁ Deluxe Day Pass
Access to the beach areas and loungers.

What is Not Included KUZÁ Deluxe Day Pass
Towels & lockers
Access to any guided activities or experiences.
Use of Bali beds or exclusive service areas.
Use of non-motorized water equipment, including kayaks and paddleboards.
Recommendations of KUZÁ Deluxe Day Pass
We recommend to use biodegradable sunscreen.
It is essential that each one of the participants follow the guidelines and specific instructions for each individual activity provided by the staff in charge.
Regulations of KUZÁ Deluxe Day Pass
-Do not drink alcoholic beverages before water activities and snorkeling.
-It is important that visitors under 18 years of age are always accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
-On the beach and in all aquatic activities without exception, the parent or legal guardian must remain within reach of the minor under 18 years of age.
-Diving, reckless or violent play, or any conduct that endangers the safety of the visitor or other visitors or park staff is not permitted.
-Visitorsmust obey the instructions of lifeguards or any other instructor or member of the park staff.
-Visitorsmust pay attention to the directions, signs, notices or communications issued by the park staff and/or that are specific to each of the activities.
-The admission of the visitor to the park and/or their eventual participation in the aquatic, cultural, recreational or adventure activities may be refused or limited for any visitor who is believed to be able to create an unsafe environment for themselves or other visitors or could cause danger to their safety or that of third parties, whether visitors or park staff. This includes, but is not limited to: changes in state of consciousness or physical condition that could cause danger to his/her own safety or that of third parties, such as: heart problems, injuries, fractures, sprains, dislocations, cramps or recent surgeries, medical indications, people who suffer from panic or anxiety attacks, who are drunk, under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated or with visible signs of being under the influence of any drug or medication.
Cancelation policies of KUZÁ Deluxe Day Pass
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
