Our beach club, surrounded by stunning white sand areas and turquoise waters, offers an unrivaled setting. Kuzá is just a few meters from the most famous reefs, such as Palancar, El Cielo, El Cielito, and Colombia, where a variety of marine species await for you to admire as you dive into their calm and crystal-clear waters. At Kuzá, you'll find cultural, fun, and adventurous activities for all ages, along with a well-deserved rest in our beach area, equipped with lounges, showers, and bathrooms for your comfort.
KUZÁ VIP PASSs includes a 30-minute guided aquatic experience, with options like paddleboard, kayak, or snorkeling along the coast.
You will also have access to designated restaurants where you can savor international dishes, as well as our bars offering the most refreshing cocktails, ensuring a complete experience of enjoyment and relaxation. Furthermore, you will have access to a VIP area with dedicated servers, gourmet appetizers, and cocktails, so you can spend your day in the highest luxury and exclusivity.

General information of KUZÁ VIP Pass
9:00am to 5:00pm
-Infants ages 1 to 4 are free on all Kuzá products. One infant is allowed free access for each paying adult. The cost for the second infant and up is USD $30 or MEX $499.
-Children ages 5 to 11 pay a lower price for any Kuzá program. Children ages 12 and up pay the adult price.
-The cost for ground transportation from the Riviera Maya to the Playa del Carmen public pier is USD $10 or MEX $200 p.p., and for the ferry, USD $30 or MEX $600 p.p., which must be covered by the guest at check-in. (For guests arriving from the Riviera Maya)

It is essential that each one of the participants follow the guidelines and specific instructions for each individual activity provided by the staff in charge.
Regulations of KUZÁ VIP Pass
-Do not drink alcoholic beverages before water activities and snorkeling.
-It is important that visitors under 18 years of age are always accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian.
-On the beach and in all aquatic activities without exception, the parent or legal guardian must remain within reach of the minor under 18 years of age.
-Diving, reckless or violent play, or any conduct that endangers the safety of the visitor or other visitors or park staff is not permitted.
-Visitors must obey the instructions of lifeguards or any other instructor or member of the park staff.
-Visitors must pay attention to the directions, signs, notices or communications issued by the park staff and/or that are specific to each of the activities.
-The admission of the visitor to the park and/or their eventual participation in the aquatic, cultural, recreational or adventure activities may be refused or limited for any visitor who is believed to be able to create an unsafe environment for themselves or other visitors or could cause danger to their safety or that of third parties, whether visitors or park staff. This includes, but is not limited to: changes in state of consciousness or physical condition that could cause danger to his/her own safety or that of third parties, such as: heart problems, injuries, fractures, sprains, dislocations, cramps or recent surgeries, medical indications, people who suffer from panic or anxiety attacks, who are drunk, under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated or with visible signs of being under the influence of any drug or medication.
Cancelation policies of KUZÁ VIP Pass
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
