The quota is limited to 10 people per day, starting at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 5:00 p.m. Every day

There is no grace period, visitors must arrive 10 minutes before the reserved time slot.
Regulations of One day in el Cielo
Cancellation policies of One day in el Cielo
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
