Tanks and Barrels
Tour experience through our Underground Cellar where a Certified Sommelier accompanies visitors through the areas of Fermentation Tanks, Barrels and finally in the Underground Cellar.
During the tour they enjoy the tasting of wine directly from the fermentation tank and the barrel, as well as three wines from the Constelaciones line paired with a delicious cheese board.

Create Your Own Wine
Create your own wine is a unique experience where you can create your personalized blend with advice from our expert Sommeliers. The experience includes:
- Tour of the Sparkling Wine, Tanks and Barrels production area
- Wine tasting during the tours
- Personalized wine creation workshop
- Make your blend with El Cielo wines: corking, labeling and capping your bottle

A Day in El Cielo
A complete experience in the world of wine. Start by having breakfast with us at the Polaris Restaurant at El Cielo Resort.
Meet the Harris's Hawks and their work in our vineyards.
Our Certified Sommeliers will take you to learn more about our vineyards and the vine process.
You will tour the Underground Cellar with a wine tasting directly from the barrel.
At lunchtime, you will enjoy a 4-course Pairing Meal with our wines on the terrace of the Latitud 32 Restaurant, our Baja-Yucatán fusion restaurant recognized by the Michelin Guide.
Finally, they will taste chocolates in our Underground Cellar.

Interactive Pairing Workshop with Chocolate Truffles
An experience where they will get to know our Video Room and Underground Cellar to learn more about the process of the vine and the production of wine.
They will visit a cocoa producing Hacienda in Tabasco through virtual reality and enjoy an incredible pairing of 6 chocolate truffles with 6 different wines from the Constelaciones and Astronomos Lines.

Cancellation policies of Special Tastings
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
