A tour of our vineyards, where our guides give you an explanation of the process of the vine during the year, the history of the Guadalupe Valley and the El Cielo winery while you enjoy a tasting of 3 labels:
-Halley White Wine, Chardonnay.
-Selene Rose Wine, Sangiovese, Syrah and Moscato di Canelli.
-Eclipse Red Wine, Blend of red grapes.

Continuing with a tasting in our underground cellar that consists of a guided tour by a Certified Sommelier through the areas of Fermentation Tanks, Barrels and ending the tour in the Underground Cellar area where it begins with the tasting of 5 labels of El Cielo wines:
-White Wine G&G by Ginasommelier, Sauvignon Blanc.
-White Wine Capricornius, Chardonnay.
-Red Wine Procyon 2020, Syrah.
-Red Wine Polaris, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec.
-Red Wine Sirius, Nebbiolo.

Vineyard and Cellar Tour and Tasting
By booking the Vineyard and Cellar Tour and Tasting, you can continue with a tasting in our underground cellar, which consists of a guided tour by a Certified Sommelier through the Fermentation Tanks, Barrels areas, and ending the tour in the Underground Cellar area where you will start with the tasting of 5 El Cielo wine labels:
-Vino Blanco Capricornius, Chardonnay.
-Vino Tinto Club Skål, Nebbiolo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Tempranillo, Merlot.
-Vino Tinto Procyon, Syrah.
-Vino Tinto Polaris, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot y Malbec.
-Vino Tinto Sirius, Nebbiolo.

Regulations of Tour and tasting in wagon
Minors are not allowed in the Cellar, so they will not be able to enter even if they are accompanied by an adult. Includes one glass of wine per person; no food & beverages are allowed during the tour; the area is 100% smoke-free; climbing on barrels is prohibited, as well as walking in the area between barrels; being in unauthorized areas by the guide is forbidden; minors cannot enter the tasting area.
Cancellation policies of Tour and tasting in wagon
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
