Minimum for private tour during low season: 10 people
Minimum for private tour during high season: 11 people
LOCATION: Puerto Morelos Adventure Park and Puerto Morelos Town.
LANGUAGE: English / Spanish.
FREQUENCY: RIVIERA MAYA: Private groups only.
CANCUN: 2 shifts: Monday to Saturday from Costa Mujeres to Iberostar Paraíso.

Regulations of Cenote Experience
- Children under 5 years old can participate in the activities accompanied by an adult.
- Basic swimming skills are required.
- Not recommended for people with physical, motor, or heart problems.
- People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate.
Cancellation policies of Cenote Experience
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
