Description of Off Road
An adrenaline-packed adventure that will take you to a thrilling zip-line circuit, to feel the adrenaline on a Parachute Jump, to test your balance skills on challenging hanging bridges, to live an extraordinary experience riding the one and only Tarzania zip-line, and to explore the jungle behind the wheel of a buggy or ATV.
And to refresh yourself after an exciting adventure, take a dive in a crystal clear water cenote and enjoy a light lunch.
Note: The following activities will be suspended for maintenance until further notice:

Regulations of Off Road
To drive you must be 16+ and show a valid ID. *To ride Co-Pilot you must be at least 8 years old.

Zipliners max. weight: 150 kg / 330 lb
Tarzania & Superflight min. weight: 45 kg / 99 lb
Tarzania & Superflight max. weight: 110 kg / 243 lb
Cancellation policies of Off Road
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
