Description of Off Road
An adrenaline-packed adventure that will take you to a thrilling zip-line circuit, to feel the adrenaline on a Parachute Jump, to test your balance skills on challenging hanging bridges, to live an extraordinary experience riding the one and only Tarzania zip-line, and to explore the jungle behind the wheel of a buggy or ATV.
And to refresh yourself after an exciting adventure, take a dive in a crystal clear water cenote and enjoy a light lunch.
General information of Off Road
Monday to Sunday
-Cancun: 9:00 am, 10:30 am, 12:00 pm, and 1:30 pm
-Riviera Maya: 10:30 pm, 12:00 pm, and 1:30 pm
What is Included Off Road
-10-zipline circuit with the option of water landing on the last line
-Buggy or ATV
-Swimming in a cenote (sinkhole)
-Purified water during the tour
What is Not Included Off Road
-Tips, photographs, video, and souvenirs
Recommendations of Off Road
-Change of clothes
-Comfortable clothing and closed shoes for the zip-line activity
-Biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent
-Hat or cap
-Extra cash for tips (optional), souvenirs, photographs and locker rental
Regulations of Off Road
-This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, or persons with heart conditions, motor issues, back or neck problems, or recent surgeries.
-Minimum age to participate: 8
-Minimum age to drive the buggy or ATV: 16 (driver must count with a credit card and ID to leave an insurance deposit)
-Minors aged 8 to 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
-Maximum waist length to participate: 46 in
-Minors aged 8 to 15 pay the child rate
Cancelation policies of Off Road
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
