Guests must be relatively fit and able to swim without assistance.
We do not recommend this excursion if you have serious health conditions, injuries, physical disabilities or reduced mobility, people with respiratory problems, heart disease or conditions that may cause loss of consciousness.
IMPORTANT: $30 USD to be paid at the pier.
Cancellation policies of Cenotes & Paradise Lagoon
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
