Regulations of Chichen Itza 5 Senses
Minors, seniors, and wheelchair users must be accompanied by an adult. If using home video recorders at Chichen Itza, a fee of $50.00 pesos must be paid and reported to the guide for guidance on the procedure. The cost of a life jacket is $65.00 pesos.
Access is prohibited for infirm persons. Smoking is prohibited within the archaeological zone. Food cannot be brought into the archaeological zone. Minors must travel accompanied by their parents or an adult.
Chichen Itza admission is an additional charge. Schedules are approximate and depend on daily operations, weather conditions, and traffic.
Cancelation policies of Chichen Itza 5 Senses
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
