Pickup time is from 7:00 am to 8:45 am, depending on the hotel.
It is recommended to dress appropriately for the weather, and wear a cap or hat on sunny days.
Swimming in the cenote is optional. Life jacket or locker rental is an additional charge.
Drinks during lunch are not included.
Bring extra money for purchases, drinks, souvenirs, and taxes for video recordings.
Times and duration may vary depending on the weather and unforeseen events.
The use of a wide-width wheelchair is recommended for the archaeological site.
Passengers in wheelchairs must be able to move independently or be accompanied by a companion or family member to assist them.
Infants from 0 to 3 years old travel on their parents' laps, or a fixed fee of 45 USD can be reserved and paid to secure their seat. The cost of a life jacket is 65.00 pesos.
Restrictions
Climbing the main pyramid is not permitted: please consult your guide regarding the rules that apply within the archaeological site. Backpacks are not permitted. This tour is not recommended for wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties.
Cancelation policies of Chichen Itza luxury
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
