Regulations of Coba Mayan Village
Basic swimming skills are required. This tour is not recommended for people with severe physical/ motor orserious heart problems. People under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate in this tour.
Cancellation policies of Coba Mayan Village
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
