Minimum for low-season private tours: 10 pax.
Minimum for high-season private tours: 11 pax.

RIVIERA MAYA AND CANCUN: 1st shift: Monday to Saturday from Cancun to Tulum.
RIVIERA MAYA: 2nd shift: Monday to Saturday from Ocean Maya Royale to Tulum

Regulations of Mayan Adventure
-Children under 5 years old may participate in the activities with an adult.
-Basic swimming skills are required.
-Prescription masks are available (upon request).
-Not recommended for people with physical, motor, or heart problems.
-People under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate.
Cancelation policies of Mayan Adventure
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
