Days of operation: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
Private groups of 5 or more people are welcome.

Regulations of Turtle Express
-The pick up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you communicate 24 hours before your tour to reconfirm your schedule.
Does not include $20 per person for turtle conservation.
Cancellation policies of Turtle Express
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
