HOLIDAY SEASON
- If the operator cancels the reservation 30 days from arrival date it will be charged the total amount;
- Reservations that are No Show are under full penalty, non refundable
- If the operator wants to modify the reservation 30 days from arrival date it will be charge Full stays.
- Change Resort will require the operator to cancel the current reservation and make a new One
From 2024-12-15 to 2025-01-05
HIGH SEASON
- From time of Booking until 3 days prior to arrival date it will be apply 2 nights penalty.
- If the operator cancels the reservation 3 days from arrival date it will be charged 2 nights penalty,
- Reservations that are No Show are under Penalty 2 nights penalty.
- If the operater wants to modify the reservation 3 days from arrival date it will be charge 2 nights penalty
- Change Resort will require the operator to cancel the current reservation and make a new One
From 2024-04-07 to 2024-07-12
LOW SEASON
- From time of Booking until 3 days prior to arrival date it will be apply a fee of 1 night penalty- If the operator cancels the reservation 3 days from arrival date it will be charged of 1-night’s stay;
- Reservations that are No Show are under Penalty of 1-night’s stay;
- If the operator wants to modify the reservation 3 days from arrival date it will be charge 1 night penalty
