AMENDED CANCELLATION POLICIES US & CANADA
For existing reservations:
-Clients may change the travel dates of their current reservation for a future
travel date between now and December 22, 2021 (travel completed by this
date), without penalty.
-When rescheduling travel dates:
-Prevailing rates will apply.
-New travel dates are subject to availability and black-out dates may
apply.
-Clients have the option to switch to another Karisma property with
the same brand.
For new reservations booked March 9-April 30, 2020:
-Clients may change travel dates or cancel, without penalty, up to 24-hours
prior to arrival. If you cancel within the 24-hours, cancelation policy as per
contract will apply.
-When rescheduling travel dates:

The Hotel charges penalty fees, if a reservation is canceled during the following seasons:
From 23 / Dec / 2019 - 02 / Jan / 2020 will be penalized with full stay, if canceled 14 days before the reservation
From 03 / Jan / 2020 - 13 / Apr / 2020 will be penalized with two (2) nights of stay, if canceled 1 day before the reservation
From 14 / Apr / 2020 - 23 / Apr / 2020 will be penalized with the full stay if canceled, 3 days before the reservation
From 24 / Apr / 2020 - 22 / Dec / 2020 will be penalized with one (1) night stay, if canceled 1 day before booking
From 23 / Dec / 2020 - 02 / Jan / 2021 will be penalized with the full stay if canceled, 3 days before the reservation
Hotel will charge fees for No Show ("No Show"). That is, guests who do not arrive, or do not check in at the Hotel on the date indicated in the confirmation of the reservation:
